Shipping policy
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing the order, please contact us at info@hideandseekco.com.
Once we receive your order, it will take 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. All our orders are packaged with love locally in Toronto, Ontario so that we can ensure the quality of the products being shipped out to you. Orders are mailed out within 24 to 48 hours.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with confirmation that the package has been shipped and a tracking number so you are able to track your products every step of the way!

- We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
